It’s a story as old as time itself … or at least as old as college parties.
If you’re a group of several hundred, probably under-aged college students; if you’re obviously drunk in public; if you decide to commandeer a very large piece of construction equipment, the cops are probably going to bust things up.
I can’t comment on the necessity of mace…
What disturbed me most about that video was the last few seconds. I don’t know who was taking video, but whomever it was was doing nothing illegal and that cop had no right to tell him not to walk on public property then threatened him with arrest.
